HAMPDEN WAY

The site of Hampden Way is a great example of a street facing rear garden, which was underutilised and of little value to the owner.

Working again with Novak Hiles Architects, we achieved planning for a three bedroom detached home with private rear garden which neatly fills the gap in the street elevation and takes subtle cues from the neighbouring houses.

Sourced in-house by Caswell&Dainow, this left over gap in the street was the last missing piece of the puzzle. The team sought to propose an bespoke yet appropriate design which conpliments the street without feeling imposing or out of character.

Located in Arnos Grove in the London Borough of Barnet, Caswell&Dainow and the team worked with Barnet’s planning department to realise a beautiful contemporary new home which helps contribute to the Borough’s housing supply.
