RICHMOND PARK
Located to the north of Richmond Park, Caswell&Dainow identified this overgrown gap site on what is otherwise a busy and attractive high street. Working with CDJM Architects, we developed designs for a contemporary single home set over 3 floors which tightly hugs the end of the existing terrace.
Previously an overgrown garden of a neighbouring commercial unit, the land has had a challenging planning history with previous failed applications. Our proposal responds to the strong local material palette with careful massing at first floor to ensure an appropriate visible gap is maintained between the new development and the properties on the neighbouring street.
