We acquired this back land site in South Norwood, South London at auction and worked with Thomas Alexander to design a unique scheme for a detached three bed property around a series of large existing trees.

The proposed scheme provides a new purpose and sense of place to what was a disused and underutilised parcel of land that made no contribution to the community.
