Caswell&Dainow purchased this end of terrace house in South East London due to the large street facing side garden. Having fully refurbished the existing house, Caswell&Dainow’s in house design team submitted planning for a contemporary two-bed new build home behind the walls of the existing garden.
Creating a contemporary termination to the Victorian terraces, this sunken corner scheme neatly hugs its neighbouring property and staggers down in mass to respect the surrounding buildings.
