The scheme was designed to reflect the neighbouring terrace typology, presenting an attractive street frontage, with front doors, windows and densely planted front gardens lining the street edge. Internally the scheme is arranged to provide three single storey apartments, each with 360 degree panoramic views. 

Character and detail was added to the façade through projecting canopies and copings, window boxes and recessed brickwork to create depth and interest.
