We were excited to be invited to give two presentations at Grand Designs Live 2023. Our first talk was titled “Unlocking tricky sites with great design” where we focused on how to find small development sites and how we have utilised unique and imaginative design to unlock land that others may think isn’t possible. We also gave our top tips to navigate the complicated planning system.

Our second talk was titled “How back-land development can create sustainable cities” discussed the role of the small developer in addressing sustainability issues through soft densification, and highlighted how intelligent design and innovative construction techniques can be used to champion a sustainable future.
